April 2 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                                
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 82(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          making supplemental appropriations and other                                                                          
          appropriations; amending the lapse dates of certain
